10/17: Cocoa Village Halloween Pub Crawl is a five drink trek through your favorite bars presented by Mad Hatter Promotions. 10/30: “Run For Their Lives” Zombie Fun Run in Cocoa Village. Presented by Cocoa Main Street, this family-friendly event is planned as a fundraiser to support Cocoa Main Street’s efforts to achieve economic development through historic preservation in Historic Cocoa Village and will also benefit Families Exploring Down Syndrome of Brevard, a non-profit organization working to support people living with Down Syndrome in Brevard County. 10/31: Halloween in the Village. This event will bring little trick-or-treaters and their families down to the village and Riverfront Park for a fun and safe Halloween adventure from 4pm-9pm. Kids will be able to visit merchants for treats, stroll the park for fun family activities, entertainment and get Ghost Tours of the Village. Don’t miss Eerie Tales at the Porcher House brought to you by the Brevard Theatrical Ensemble! A Halloween movie will be playing on the big screen beginning at 7:15pm. To participate in all of the kid’s activities including the bounce house, kids area games, hay rides, pumpkin decorating and much more there is a $5.00 activity band fee.
10/31: River City Ghost Tours. Authentic walking ghost tours in the Village. Learn about the strange and unusual things that have been experienced and witnessed throughout history and currently in Cocoa Village and surrounding areas of the Space Coast. Tours take place in Village Riverfront Park 5pm-9 pm. Adults are $5 with child with $5 wristband. Other times by appointment in groups.Proceeds to benefit Brevard Arts Academy arts scholarships.

10/3: Fireball Run. The international Fireball Run is finishing their 7-day race for missing children in Downtown Cocoa Beach. There will be a parade from Triangle Park to Downtown with all sixty cars, followed by a Downtown Street Party for ALL! Bands, food, vendors, and FUN! The parade will start at 3:30pm and the Downtown festival will continue until 10:00pm.
10/12: First Annual Cocoa Beach Municipal Appreciation Day. Coordinated by Canaveral Lodge No. 339 F&AM, this is the day to honor all the city workers who give their all every day to make the city of Cocoa Beach the best it can be. Municipal employees are invited to a luncheon at City Hall with food provided by various sponsors. An open to the public after party featuring music by Hot Pink at 5pm will take place at and is sponsored by Casablanca at 231 Minutemen Causeway.
